Bundeli Krishi Vipnan” mobile application has been developed by the Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University, Jhansi in collaboration with National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, Jhansi under the project “Integrated Platform for Agripreneur: A Force Multiplier Forum of Farmers-Consumers-Entrepreneur”. This application will provide an integrated ICT-based platform connecting forward and backward linkages in terms of e-repository from where products, producers, farmers and the community-driven groups such as FPOs/ SHGs/ Agripreneur can be listed, showcase their products after the proper verification at the concerned level and will help the consumers to identify and locate as per their requirements and convenience. The consumers/end-users will have the facilities to see the available product details and contact the concerned producers for buying the products. It will provide the visibility to skill and product at their disposal. The interested consumer will get the pure, local and healthy products as required. This application include producer module, administrative module and customer module. In the forward linkage, end-users/consumers will have the facility to locate and identify the products per their requirements. Further, middle-level functionaries can be eliminated in this whole chain. This has numerous facilities such as sign-up or login window for the producers to register with their credential into the online platform, product information window to upload the product description including product name, the quantity of the product and the details of the product, contact details including social media link, visiability for consumers to see the types of product and their details, directly contact the concerned producer for buying the product displayed on the consumer window. It also include features such as categorization of all products, search products, categories, vendor or sub categories, product details with all details and variants, hindi name of products, related products, new and top products details, city and region detail of products, slider and banner with hyperlinks, variant wise prices and MRP, pricing details with all data and description, multi images of products with detailed description, add to wish list or make enquiry, see vendor details on products, send enquiry to vendor directly, manage wish list and enquiries, previous enquiries and their current status and updates, terms and condition and privacy policies with other policies, SMS alerts and push notifications in app on some events like enquiries updates, Attractive design and awesome icons with easy layout, Validations at each step, Privacy policies, Term conditions, return-refund policy, subscribe for newsletter, FAQ and testimonials, social media links and related links, contact us with enquiry, Recently viewed products, manage profile and enquiries, vendor details products wise, there will be two enquiries, Products based and general, News and events details and listing, News or events will have some links to redirect or any files. With this application, agricultural producers and related stakeholders can showcase their products along with the specifications. Supply chain of agricultural products can be up scaled and with proper branding.
